This August, we’re proud to unveil Salon de PARC: a flexible, ever-evolving space nestled inside PARC, our European-inspired corner of the market. Designed for pop-ups, hands-on workshops, immersive activations, and meaningful gatherings, Salon de PARC is where fresh ideas meet a thoughtfully designed setting — all within the world of our reimagined neighborhood department store.

Belleville Market isn’t your typical retail experience — it’s a curated marketplace that blends everyday essentials with unique finds, local makers, and seasonal stories. Salon de PARC builds on that vision by offering a space within the store to pause, participate, and engage in something special.

What’s in a Name?

The name Salon de PARC is a nod to the historic European salon — gatherings that flourished in 17th and 18th century Paris, where artists, thinkers, and creatives came together to share ideas, showcase work, and shape culture. These weren’t performances — they were experiences. And they were hosted in spaces that felt elegant but approachable, curated yet comfortable.

We’ve taken that inspiration and given it a modern Belleville twist. Located inside PARC — our market space designed to feel like a charming neighborhood square — the Salon is all about sparking connection, celebrating creativity, and adding dimension to the everyday market visit.

Salon de PARC isn’t a closed-off room or a private suite. It’s a flexible space that’s constantly evolving — open to the market, but shaped by what’s happening within.
