Quadrant Book Mart & Coffee House Ornament, 2.5" x 3.5"
The Quadrant Book Mart \& Coffee House is located at 20 North Third Street, on what is known as Millionaire's Row. This area was constructed in the 19th century and housed some of Easton's richest citizens. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, in the heart of Easton's Historic District, the home was built as a personal residence in 1848 by physician Dr. Charles Innes and reflects the Eclectic and Revival period of 1840-1910. Dr. Innes also served as a planner for the first public high school.
Through the years, the residence was occupied by Dr. Innes' son, Edward, Easton Lawyer Matthew Hale Jones Jr., and later judge William Sebring Kirkpatrick. The Kirkpatrick family also housed Kleinhan's Floral Shop and Greenhouse in the building. In 1971, the home was sold to Dr. Harold Kares, a chiropodist (foot doctor), and became known as the Kares Building. The Kares Building was preserved by a small group of citizens during urban renewal and became a bookstore which was taken over by the current owners in 1994, who have worked to maintain the building and preserve its historical integrity. The building currently houses a used bookstore, as well as a coffeehouse.

Size Exchanges for New Apparel
For new, unworn apparel, Belleville will generally accommodate a size exchange when the same item is available in another size.
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Size exchanges are subject to current inventory availability.
If the requested size is no longer available or the item is no longer carried, the purchase remains subject to Belleville’s final-sale policy unless another exception is approved by our team.
Online Order Damages & Issues
When your online order arrives, please inspect it promptly. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@bellevillemarket.com or call (484) 212-5605 so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when applicable.
Rare Circumstance Returns & Exchanges
In limited circumstances, Belleville may approve a return or exchange.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned at your expense within 14 days of the original purchase and must be:
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
A 33.3% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned even when exceptions are granted, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and plants
- Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order products
- Seasonal merchandise, including Christmas and Harvest décor
- Paint
- Vintage and antique merchandise
- Items sold as-is
- Sale and clearance merchandise
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
Sale items and gift cards are always final sale.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
