Easton Area Public Library Ornament, 3.5" x 2.5"
The Easton Area Public Library is located at 515 Church Street, spanning the entire block between North 5th and 6th Streets. Although the Library itself was founded in 1811, by the turn of the century a new location was needed. The community asked Andrew Carnegie to fund the construction of a new library building on property bought for the purpose. The Renaissance-style building was completed in 1902 and was state of the art at the time. Additions to the original building were completed in 1913, 1945, and 1968. Today, the Library is open 65 hours a week, welcomes over 170,000 visitors annually, hosts educational and informational programs for our community, houses one of the largest collections of Local History, as well as the Easton Flag, and is recognized as a District Center in Pennsylvania.

Size Exchanges for New Apparel
For new, unworn apparel, Belleville will generally accommodate a size exchange when the same item is available in another size.
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Size exchanges are subject to current inventory availability.
If the requested size is no longer available or the item is no longer carried, the purchase remains subject to Belleville’s final-sale policy unless another exception is approved by our team.
Online Order Damages & Issues
When your online order arrives, please inspect it promptly. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@bellevillemarket.com or call (484) 212-5605 so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when applicable.
Rare Circumstance Returns & Exchanges
In limited circumstances, Belleville may approve a return or exchange.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned at your expense within 14 days of the original purchase and must be:
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
A 33.3% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned even when exceptions are granted, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and plants
- Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order products
- Seasonal merchandise, including Christmas and Harvest décor
- Paint
- Vintage and antique merchandise
- Items sold as-is
- Sale and clearance merchandise
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
Sale items and gift cards are always final sale.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
