Twilight Lagoon offers a stunning color palette with its deep, rich blues fading into tranquil teal, reminiscent of a serene lagoon at dusk. The pen is speckled with gold glitter, adding a touch of sparkle that mimics the last rays of the sun reflecting off the water’s surface. Twilight Lagoon combines the mystery of twilight with the vibrant life of aquatic colors, making it ideal for those who appreciate a pen that not only writes beautifully but also tells a visual story.

BENU’s Pixie collection is a groundbreaking addition, potentially making it one of the smallest fountain pens currently available. This line was designed with one goal in mind: tiny pens that are still a joy to write with. 

The collection features eight vibrant, signature BENU color combinations, as well as three pens in classic colors — smoky black, coffee brown, and royal blue — designed for those drawn to the charm of compact pens yet preferring a more subtle style than the daring designs BENU is known for. 

Please bear in mind that the photo may slightly differ from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. Moreover, each of these unique pens are hand painted. This means each pen slightly differs in art work, and as such is one-of-a-kind.

This fountain pen comes with a short international standard ink cartridge. Please note that due to the pen’s miniature size it CAN NOT be used with a standard size converter, only with mini converters that are no longer than 4.0 cm / 1.6 inches. You can also convert the pen to eyedropper fill.

Online Order Damages and Issues
When ordering online and receiving your item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@bellevillemarket.com or call (484) 212-5605 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Rare Circumstance Returns & Exchanges
If, in rare cases, a return is approved, the item must be returned to us at your expense within 14 days of the original purchase.

Additionally your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns are returned to Belleville Market at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned even if exceptions are granted: perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom and made-to-order products (such as special orders or personalized items), seasonal items (such as Christmas and Harvest decor), paint, vintage and antique items, items sold as-is, sale and clearance items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we can never accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
