What is Street Faire?
The Belleville Street Faire is a one-day, open-air market experience designed to spotlight independent makers, vintage curators, artists, and small brands in a vibrant, high-energy setting. Produced by Belleville Market — Easton’s neighborhood department store reimagined — the Street Faire brings our signature curation and community vibe outdoors, creating a space where discovery meets delight.
Held seasonally and carefully curated, the event draws shoppers who value quality craftsmanship, creativity, and connection. These are not your average market-goers — they come for the thrill of the find, the charm of vintage, the story behind the handmade, and the joy of supporting small businesses directly. They care about aesthetic, uniqueness, and authenticity, and they come ready to shop.

For Belleville Street Faire VendorsLike the merchants we curate for Belleville Market in Easton, we're looking for our Street Faire vendors to be unique.
Vendor space for makers, curators & collectors are available for $175. These spaces are 10' x 10'. Please note that select spaces may be available with electric access for an additional $25. Premium corner spaces are available for $200.
Food vendors (food trucks) are available for $200.
A limited number of 10' x 10' spaces will be reserved for local non-profits at $100.
Once accepted, all fees are due within 7 days. Fees are not refundable.
The typical vendor space is 10' x 10'. Larger spaces may be available upon request.
Vendors are responsible for providing all fixtures - this includes tables, chairs, display fixtures, tents & weights.
A 10' x 10' canopy tent (we prefer white) is required in addition to weights (40lbs/each leg)
Vendors will be allowed to bring their vehicle into the Faire space to quickly unload. Vehicles must be moved before any setup begins.
Applications are reviewed on a first come first serve basis.
We will do our best to notify the potential vendor within 14 days of either their acceptance or denial.
Belleville Street Faire is a rain or shine event. Vendors should be prepared to participate in outdoor weather conditions including rain.
There will be no refunds for cancelations.
Accepted vendors that are classified as "food vendors" by the City of Bethlehem Heath Department are required to provide Belleville Street Faire with proof of insurance in the form of a Certificate of Insurance from your insurance provider containing the following:
- Description of Operations: RE: Belleville Street Faire, 25 W Third St., Bethlehem, PA 18015, IS NAMED AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED ON THE GENERAL LIABILITY (PER ISO FORMS CG2010 07/04 AND CG2037 07/04 OR ITS EQUIVALENT) ON A PRIMARY NON-CONTRIBUTORY BASIS. WAIVER OF RIGHTS OR TRECOVERY OR SUBROGATION IN FAVOR OF ARTSQUEST IS INCLUDED ON ALL LIABILITY POLICIES
- Certificate Holder: Artsquest, 25 W Third St., Bethlehem, PA 18015
- E.L. Each Accident: $100,000
- E.L. DISEEASE - EA EMPLOYEE: $100,000
- E.L. DISEASE - POLICY LIMIT $500,000
Vendors must submit required documents no later than April 15, 2026. Vendors may do so by using THIS FORM.
Accepted vendors must obtain and present a Bethlehem Business Privilege License in order to sell at the Street Faire. You can find more information about the Bethlehem Business Privilege License HERE. Please reference the official Belleville Street Faire event number: EVENT-.
Additional licensing may be required for vendors who are classified as a "food vendor" by the City of Bethlehem's Health Department.
Vendors must submit required documents no later than April 15, 2026.
