We're exciting to roll out direct deposits of your sales payouts.
When we process payouts, you'll receive an email with a "digital check", which is simply an official record of the payout, with options provided for how to receive it.
When you click on the "View deposit options" you'll be presented with a screen asking whether you would like to print the check, or receive the payment via ACH. If you choose to receive the payment directly, Checkbook will collect your bank account information, send the payment, and keep you up to date without having to make a special trip to the Market and collect a physical check.
A FEW THINGS OF NOTE
- Pay To The Order Of: By default, the digital check will be made out to your Brand Name/Business name. If you plan to use the direct deposit option, this will have no effect on being able to deposit your payout into a business or personal account of your choosing. If you plan to use the Print and Deposit option, please let us know as we'll need to make changes to the way your name is displayed in ConsignCloud/Shopify.
- Funds Availability: Direct deposits are have standard processing meaning the funds will be in your account within 4 business days after they've been deposited.
- Payout Email: Payout will be sent to the main email on file. This will be the same email that you use to sign in to your ConsignCloud account.
